• Hello and help! I edited a sidebar on my wordpress opensource website, as I have done many times before. Today I noticed that both sidebars had moved to the bottom of each page, and one is not showing any content beyond the first line (although ‘sidebar position’ under settings still shows ‘right sidebar’) – and the content of each page is now in a narrow central column. I have no idea what I have done. Thank you for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I see the sidebar is displayed on the right side of the content using chrome and firefox browsers on my laptop monitor.

The sidebar display is controlled by your theme. Is your theme from https://www.ads-software.com/themes/ or somewhere else?

    Hi Lisa

Thank you for replying! Both sidebars are indeed showing to the right in Firefox and Safari on my laptop, but not in Chrome. Also, the Easy Testimonials carousel has vanished, there would usually be a sidebar on the Courses and Weekends page titled ‘what others are saying about Healing Complex Trauma’ with testimonials below it, but the testimonials aren’t displayed, and there would be a random testimonial at the top right of every page, that has vanished completely.

I restored the website from a backup made several days ago before the problem started, but this hasn’t made any difference.,

The theme is a custom theme

    Can you help any more?

    Warmly

    Sara

Ok the sidebar is displaying correctly in all 3 browsers now, that was my fault, I had narrowed the browser window! But the ‘easy testimonials’ widget isn’t working anymore. On the Courses and Weekends page you just see the title, ‘What others are saying about Healing Complex Trauma’, but the list of testimonials beneath it has vanished, and there is no longer a random/rotating testimonial at the top right of each page. I didn’t make any modifications to Easy Testimonials – as far as I can tell :-/

is this the “easy testimonials” plugin your are using? if yes, create a topic for the team and community most familiar: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/easy-testimonials/
