AMR USERS PLUS S2MEMBER not pulling data

I am trying my support question here because I have not heard back from the developer. I first accidentally bought the wrong plugin (AMR USERS PLUS) and then bought another one that it supposed to work with the S2member plugin, AMR USERS PLUS S2MEMBER. However it is not showing the custom registration fields I created in the S2member registration area. No matter how many times I empty the cache, or reconfigure the list. Oddly it is working on another website.
