• I have been searching high and low to find a support email to get help but to no avail. Very frustrating, so opting to create a new thread here hoping that someone can help me as ChilliChalli seems to be difficult to get in touch with.

    A while back I upgraded from Card Oracle to Card Oracle Premium as I needed to be able to show 36 cards.

    When the plug-in is activated and?I try and go into?plug-ins in WP admin I get a pop-up saying there is a fatal error. I have a screenshot but it doesn’t look like I can add it here…

    I still have both plug-ins in my list of plug-ins, however, they have both been deactivated due to the fatal error whenever the premium version is active.

    Why the fatal error?

    Is it because I have both the basic and premium versions in my plug-in list or is there something wrong with the code itself?

    The beginning of the error message says:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Freemius_Api_WordPress::RemoteRequest() in…

    Then the last line says:

    /home/customer/www/mariabaeck.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/card-oracle-premium/freemius/includes/class-fs-api.php on line 381.

    HELP!

    As I am paying for this plug-in but I am unable to use it, I’d hoped that there is someone somewhere taking care of support questions and issues.

    Sorry that you are having problems. There are a couple of different things to try. You should only have the Free or Premium versions active at any time, never both.

    1. Delete the Free version of the plugin. Upgrade the Premium version to the latest version which is 1.1.4 then reactivate it.
    2. Delete both the Free and Premium versions of the plugin. Download and re-install the latest Premium version.
    3. If you don’t have your premium download you can install the Card Oracle Free plugin from WordPress then use the Contact Us menu item.
    4. Under the Card Oracle menu there is a Contact Us menu item. That will send us an email and we can respond via email.
    5. In WordPress Plugins there is a link to our site in the description of the plugin. I don’t think I’m allow to put links in here. You can contact support at our website domain.
