According to the log, the problem is that the title/content/excerpt fields are empty:

[06:03:44] ERROR: Content, title, and excerpt are empty.

Please double check the import template and make sure the correct elements are mapped in those fields and that they’re not empty: https://d.pr/i/keSMOm.
