My first try

    Any constructive criticism very welcome. This is my first shot at skinning – translation: n00b.
    I realise it’s maybe a tad lurid for some of you, but it’s meant to be fun ??

    As far as I know there are only 3 validation errors. If anyone could give me some help with sorting them out, I’d appreciate it…although I guess 3 is not a lot to be concerned about?

    Edit: the page length seems to go on forever, what can I do to fix that?

  • Ooookay!!! I like it – it made me grin, wishing it wasn’t too late for a martini here (almost bedtime where I am…. but maybe I’ll be back for one tomorrow!)

    Cool. Fun. You done good. It’s too late for me to think about validation errors though – maybe tomorrow….

    I’m not a big fan of horizontal scroll bars. The Martini theme gave me a massive one.

    Let’s end on a positive note. I loved the Placid-wide theme. And your 100. ??

    neon – is that a screen resolution thing? Sorry to sound so simple ??

    nice use if imagination there – I like it a lot. In FF there’s like a 2ft abyss of space below the content (2ft might be an exaggeration but it’s fairly huge).

    Was the different colour background for the heading images intentional? Might want to try using the same colour as the background, it might work better. I like it in general, simply because it’s not the same trendy clean (dull?) lines.

    I like what you’ve done with Chris’s them, gives it that distinction without being overwhelming.

    As for the horizontal bar, it appears on any res below 1280×1024 it seems and it is moderatly large – meaning anyone below that res has to scroll left to right to read the content.

    Thanks Jinsan. I know about the 47 metres of space below the content – it’s in my first post. Any idea how to fix that?

    Thanks guys – hopefully the horizontal scroll has now gone.

    Yeah looks like you got rid of the scroll and about 95% of the extra space;)

    It’s fun. ?? I like the martini idea.

    It’d be nice if the header linked back to the main page though – I couldn’t find anything to click on to get back there.
