Plugin forcing consent status + other issues

Hi, we are experiencing some issues, could you help us?

1. we cannot set an optin checkbox on our forms
2. though we have not created any optin checkbox, anyone who fills out the form is recorded on the Klaviyo list as having given their consent to email marketing. We want to be GDPR compliant so how can we fix that? If someone does not explicitly give their consent, we would like to add them to our Klaviyo list without email consent registered.
3. we want to add new Klaviyo based fields in our forms, but from what we can see, even by creating them on Klaviyo, they do not appear as an option for field mapping
4. we want to add the Klaviyo’s consent field on our forms, but the plugin seems not to detect it.
