Is a InstaWP account required for our customers?

    I think this is a great support tool.
    But I am wondering how it would work.
    If we ask our customers to install this plugin do they need their own InstaWP account or can we (preferably) provide them with our key created from our InstaWP account to use?

    Hey Kimberly – your customer doesn’t need an account, you can create an API key and share with the customer.
