I love working with Ultimate Member, great plugin and has a lot of things I wanted (and more) for my site.

To make it perfect, I have one question. I would like to have a login link in the header, which will turn in a logout link when logged in. I’ve read this article:
    https://ultimatemember.com/how-to-add-login-logout-links-to-your-wordpress-menu/
Unfortunately it doesn’t work with the theme I’m using, since it’s not made for menus. Is there a way to have a link like this with Gutenberg? I can add the standard login/logout block of WordPress, but that sends the user to the wp-login page, and I want them to go to the UM login page off course.

And I can make a simple link to the login page, but when a user is already logged in, he still sees ‘login’ and he then goes to the login page with shows now a summary of his account (which is not that nice nor helpful).

    Hope you can help.

    Thanks!

    Hello @basdemeijer

If I understand you correctly, you could enable the “Enable the “Content Restriction” settings for the Gutenberg Blocks’ option on the Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Access settings page.

After that, you could select the restriction option for logged-in and not logged-in users in Gutenberg blocks.

    Regards.

    Thanks @andrewshu,

That was the function of that option! I did see it the first time, but couldn’t figure out what it was, so I ignored it for the rest.

It works now. Superb. Thanks again.
