Shipping to Austria

Dear Team, If I want to create a shipping label for a client in Austria, I get the message “Please, provide a participation number for the shipping method in the DHL shipping settings”. In the shipping settings Austria is selected as a shipping zone ( https://mercato-castello.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping ). Also in the General Settings “shipping only in selected countries” is selected and under the selected countries, Austria is listed ( https://mercato-castello.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=general ). What is to do, that a label can be created. Thanks and regards Andreas
