“Site experiencing a technical issue”

Hello, I have a WordPress site and received this email:

“Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.”

Over the weekend, my site was apparently hacked, but the only thing the person seems to have done is changed the site email address. I changed it back, changed the password, and updated WP and all plugins. But I don’t understand this error (I don’t know anything about this kind of coding) so I don’t know what else, if anything, I should do. Can anyone decipher this?
