hello, When I import a csv file with my updated lists, the test works perfectly, but not the import. I get an error message that says: A fatal error occurred during the import. Please make sure you had enough disk space and memory available on PHP.
The problem doesn’t seem to be on my hosting side as the memory is fine, and I tested importing the same file via another extension into my wordpress site without difficulty.

    Hi @mercredi64

Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m sorry that you ran into issues with this.

Please note that the import process can be a resource-intensive task. If your import does not succeed try disabling other plugins first and/or increasing the values of the?‘memory_limit’?and?‘max_execution_time’?directives in your server’s php.ini configuration file.

Have you checked those things? We’ve seen other users who have this problem break the file down into smaller parts and the error does not happen. The error often occurs when there is something amiss with the file (even though I realize you said the test import worked fine).

We would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further if you continue to get the error. Please contact us with a link to this forum thread here, a screenshot of your CSV File Formatting settings, and a sample of the file: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/
