Error 103 points specifically to your data source missing some required column headers. Please double-check that your product fields such as description, title, image, price, etc., are properly entered.

If the issue persists after ensuring all product fields have been entered, please provide the following:

1. A screenshot of the error to help us see what you’re describing
2. Your site’s system status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here into your reply.

I am not sure where I can check for these items but looking at the products, they appear to have everything that is needed. We were missing some product descriptions which I have added in but I am not sure how I can have the plug-in pull the data again and send it to Pinterest.

I would have assumed that the plug-in would have put this all together when creating the feed but I may be wrong? I am also not sure where to check whatever file that the plug-in created to ensure that it does have all of the information. If you could point me in the right direction there, it would be greatly appreciated.

Adding in the items that you mentioned for good measure.

Thanks for the update! Since you mentioned that some product information was missing, that might be the cause of the error message. As you expected, Pinterest for WooCommerce does format the feed file automatically.

When product data changes, the file updates to send the updated data to Pinterest for the next feed update. Pinterest only pulls data from your feed once per day. This can’t be triggered manually.

Are you seeing any changes since your updates to products? If not, can you copy the URL to the feed file generated at Marketing > Pinterest > Catalog and paste it here for us to review?
