Functionality on multisite

    Hi there

    On a multisite instance where the sites are separate websites with their own domains, does this have to be activated at Network level or can it also be activated per site?

    I’d like to use certain features like the security header options and ip banning across all sites, but other features like the reCaptcha settings would be preferable per-site… e.g. they may have their own reCaptcha keys.

    Does this allow that or is it only Network level and everything for all sites?

    Defender works at network level only on multisite installations. Because even if the sites are mapped as custom domains, they will be working on the same file structure and database, so Defender provides centralized protection for the multisite network admins.
