can not use tabs any longer

    I ran an update on my WP and got an error on a script.

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 192 of the file /home/desirklv/blissbox.net/wp-content/plugins/vc-tabs/Extension/WooCommerce/Build_Api.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’

    I was able to get in to recovery and disable this plugin. I then click resume and all was back. but when I got access the tab setting it says I do not have permission. I log out and back on and now the plug in is disabled again.
