Language issue

Hello again
I noticed by using Loco translation plugin, that Sunshine is indeed almost translated to Portuguese (Portugal). But when actually using it, the texts are a mix of English and Portuguese. Both in the dashboard, and in the emails to customers.
I really don’t mind if the dashboard has dual languages, but I would like to apply the texts already translated to the emails clients receive. Is it possible or do I need a 3rd party translation method?
