Help: Website (incl. backup) erased during migration to new hosting provider

    Hello UpDraftPlus,

    My website bluesea-intl.com had UpDraftPlus installed and as per the last email received, a complete backup was made on 23. Mar 2023.

    Unfortunately while migrating my website on 2-Apr, the new hosting provider wiped out the entire website including UpDraftPlus backups and now I only see a dummy page on the WP Admin dashboard. I did not make a local copy of the backup and I do not have an account with UpDraftPlus since I had downloaded the plugin via WP.

    Is there a way to retrieve the 23. Mar backup at your end? Are there any other solutions to restore my website?
