Emails not sending

    Hi there,

    I have been trying to troubleshoot why emails aren’t sending by looking at linked articles and I am still stuck. No emails are being sent when a new article is posted.
    I have setup a cron job as shown and my provider says it triggers correctly, the test email is sent and received. I also tested the email with the plugin WP Test Email and it is OK.

    Could you please send me a screenshot of the Report screen (Icegram > Reports > Status) as well as the Email sending campaign configuration (Icegram > Campaign > Edit > Full page).

    By having this information, I’ll be able to understand the issue more clearly.

    Hi @shubhanshukandani,

    I figured out why the mails were not triggered when I publish a new post.

    For some reason, there was no default post category automatically assigned to the posts. I created a new category and I was able to define it as default.

    It works fine now!
