I am trying to list thousands of products and I started with about 500 but it listed only 1 product I tried to cut down the file to 50 products still only listed 1 product. I understand it could be related to my server performance, but I am not sure what exactly I need to do here to fix this.
Its a multisite setup, I have already deleted most of the tables I could think of using Garbage Collector plugin.max_execution_time = 300

Sometimes it imports 5, 10, 1, randomly. Yes I am using the above method only and there is no fatal error logs.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, import the CSV file again and see if this works?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers.
