critical error page import plugin free

I'm helping a friend who wants to import his backup.
He uses the latest active version of his site.

Regarding the version of the plugin, it is the free version (no relation to the unlimited premium).

He changed via wp-config.php the upload size as indicated on your site.

Unfortunately, when he simply goes to the import page (without doing anything, just going to this page), he shows me a critical error:



Is it the bad configuration of the server (on which his site is located). Because I tested on my side (on his site), I have the same. But when I test on another site, I have no problem.
