I have a very weird scenario. This is what happens:

When I turn on the Not Live Fallback Content for channel live streams, whatever I set only shows up on the computer I made the change on. Any other device shows the “video is unavailable” error message.

I can confirm that the API is correct because I have a gallery setup on the “Sermons” page and it works fine. Also, the gallery shows up on any device.

    Troubleshooting:

    1. I made sure to move the content around, purge the cache to ensure that updates where showing on all devices. Content moved around, but still had a problem with the fallback content not showing on the other devices (iPad, Windows 11 – Firefox & Chrome, Android cell phone / Chrome). However, it showed in the Firefox browser on the computer where I made the change.
    2. Switched themes, no change.
    3. Set a future date for a live, but then the fallback content doesn’t work at all – even on the computer that I made the change on.

Currently, I have turned off the fallback feature and set a scheduled live to avoid users seeing an error message. Any idea of why this might happen?
