Woocommerce Reset Password Issue

  • Hi,

    I reported this issue several weeks ago, and it still exists in the latest version.

    when using the Forgot/Lost Password option on the Login page, it correctly takes me to the Woocommerce account change/reset password page. However, even when the correct email address is entered and I get the Cloudflare Turnstile tick, on submit button (Reset Password) I still get the ‘Please verify that you are human.’ error message and nothing happens!

    This is the same regardless of if the disable button until challenge completed is ticked or not.

    Can you please fix it?

    Hi,

    Are you only getting this error on the WooCommerce reset password form?

    I’ve tested this on my end and it all seems to work OK with the WooCommerce reset password, so I’m not sure what the issue is here.

    Could you try temporarily disabling all your other plugins except Simple Cloudflare Turnstile and WooCommerce, and test it again, to see if another plugin is causing an issue here?

    Hi,

    Looks like it is clashing with WPS Hide Login, can you fix it?
