Make Download this file and Print this file buttons more visible to the user

I’d like to have the option to show both the Download this file and Print this file button on the top bar in the lightbox mode or in the right navigation strip. By default, both functions are hidden in the three dot menu next to the search icon and users may have trouble finding them at first glance.
