Confirming Wordfence Plugin for Malicious Attack Protection
-
We have faced malicious attacks on our multiple WordPress websites hosted on WPEngine. After malicious injection, we cleaned the entire source code and database. There were multiple executable and zip files in the source code and multiple malicious rows inserted in the posts table. After cleaning, the issue occurred again. So I need to confirm with Wordfence plugins how it can resolve our issue and how it can prevent our multiple websites, so that we can plan to go with the Wordfence plugin in the future.
1: Is there an alert notification if any malicious attack is detected in the source and database?
2: If any malicious attack happens, is it capable of cleaning files, folders, and databases?
3: How is differ from iThemes Security Plugins.
