    Hi,

We are having issues with sending e-mails and submitting contact forms on our website. We suspect the issue is related to some wrong DNS records in Cloudfare, but are not sure. When sending test e-mails, we receive a timeout, and when submitting a contact form we get an “error” message.

We have read your guide on how to configure your plugin with Cloudflare, but we are still not able to send out e-mails, nor submitting forms.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Victor

    Hi, @huusmann!

    Thank you for reaching out.

In most cases, such an issue occurs if the hostname is incorrect. Please, recheck it with your SMTP provider.

If it’s not the case, please make sure to recheck this part of the guide.

    Kind regards.

    Hello again,

The problem was solved by changing the port to 587.

    Thanks.
