Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function _wp_get_current_user() i

I’ve upgraded wordpress from 6.1 to 6.2 but after that my website worked for few minutes and then this error pops up even now if I reinstall wordpress core from WHM this issue will be gone for few minutes and it will be back again.

I have disabled all the plugins but still the same.
