Google Tag Manager tag fire issue

  • After click email address link, Google Tag Manager fire tag 3 times.

    Normally (encoder is disabled), when email link is clicked, tag is fired 1 time.

    It distorts the stats.

    Hey @betagoo – Thanks for sharing!

    We do not have any specific logic that limits (or creates an additional click event).

    Which element are you targeting within your website?

    I suggest to check other plugins too as all ours does it format email addresses. Thank you already very much.
