Checkout optin not working

Hi,

It looks like the opt-in checkbox on the checkout page is not working?

Under the hood i see a server-side post request to https://a.klaviyo.com/api/webhook/integration/woocommerce.

The request seems correct and returns a 200 response, but the user is never subscribed to the provided list.

Can you help on this?
