    Hi @hillert ,

Please accept my apologies for this late response.

Please make sure our plugin is enabled on both websites at the same time.

The message you received in logs may appear when:
    a) Your backup is broken or incomplete
    b) URL you provided in Super-Quick Migration does not point to the backup file
    c) Backup URL is protected by your hosting or some security plugin

Secondly, check if the backup you’ve created is visible in our plugin settings – backup(s) list.
That list can display only valid backups and if it’s not there it may mean it’s not restorable.
It can be caused by damaged files included in the backup, commonly from other backup plugins.

In any case, make a new backup with these settings applied:
Open the first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find the subsection named: “Exclude by folder/file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on this image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
    – Save the first section once you do that

Then follow these steps on the website where you created your backup:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once the backup finishes, check if it’s visible on the backup(s) list and copy the backup URL from here.

Go to the website where you want to restore that backup:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section
    4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Now you can start restoration with the Super-Quick Migration module once again.

If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hello @hillert ,

Your issue is most likely caused by modified PHP CLI.
You should be able to resolve it by disabling the checking step.

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @hillert

Fortunately for you disabling PHP CLI should be enough.

Looking forward you to update on this topic ??
    Thank you!
