P2 Theme and Latest WP

  • Cannot get P2 Theme and Latest WP to work correctly like P2 DEMO Site?

    WP 3.0.1

    P2 Theme Version 1.1.6.2

    NO Real-time updating?

    I only have WP and P2 install, is there other plugins i need to install and what settings should be ticked or unticked?

    I want real-time updating and people to make comment with
    Notify me of follow-up comments via email.
    Notify me of new posts via email.

    And also how do there subcribe?

    Cannot find any documentation?
