Basket Glitching

I am currently setting up this shop with Woocommerce on a site that uses X theme and cornerstone. Everything works fine apart from the basket. When I add items to the basket they don’t appear, until I activate the cornerstone builder on any page on the site. The basket items then appear, but I can’t remove them from the basket before activating cornerstone again. I’m assuming that launching the cornerstone builder refreshes the site somehow, but I have cleared every cache available and this doesn’t have any effect.
