• This company is straight up GARBAGE. They’ll take your hard-earned money straight out of your account, even if the plugin is inactive. DO NOT do business with them! I’ve never dealt with a company these days who auto chargest your account, even if a plugin and website have been inactive for almost a year. Crooks! NO REFUNDS after they take the money, even if you immediately cancel, which is difficult to do. Terrible, terrible customer service

    Hello Eddy,

Thank you for taking the time to review the plugin.

Auto-renewals are a universal standard in any industry that offers online subscription services. From antivirus subscriptions to streaming services, hosting, productivity software, and even foodstuffs, many subscriptions come with auto-renewals, regardless of how much you use or don’t use them. This is done so that there are no interruptions in the service.

Having said that, all of our subscriptions can be canceled at any point in time. Once a subscription is canceled, it will not auto-renew. We use a 3rd party service that is well-known and respected in the industry to ensure everything is above board at all times. We also offer documentation on how to cancel with clear instructions and pictures to make it as easy as possible.

We also send renewal notifications well before the actual renewal date so that anyone who would like to cancel has ample time to do so. This is not something that everyone does but we feel is the right thing to do to avoid customers auto-renewing when they did not intend to. We also make it very easy to get in touch – you can reply to any email we send, and we will get back to you.

We have also reviewed your account and issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill – even though we are under no obligation to do so.

Should you have any further queries or require any clarification, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Hope you have a great weekend.
