    Hello @vvalisoy,

If you are trying to add our Currency switcher as a widget with Elementor, you can also try adding a text widget and use this shortcode [currency_switcher].

You can find more information about it in our documentation.

    Regards

Could you please provide a more detail description of what you trying to do? In that way we can be of better help.

    1. Which Elementor widget are you using?
    2. The shortcode you are adding.
    3. What result are you obtaining?
    4. Could you add a video or screenshots of both, the Elementor widget where you are adding the shortcode and the result in the front-end?
    5. A page where we can see the issue.

I also recommend you to contact the Elementor team as they may be able to help you with this issue or considering any of the alternatives to display your currency widget here provided.

Hello @andrescifuentesr any update about it?

Thank you for your video, I understand better the situation. However, it seems to be theme related, I tried to reproduce it here but it works fine.

If you try a different widget or a different shortcode (not WCML related), does it work?

If it does not, it seems to be your theme not allowing to display shortcodes there.

If that’s the case, I recommend you to go to adding the currency switcher with PHP instead or contact your theme support.

Thank you for reaching out to us at Elementor. My name is Ferdous and I am a Tier 2 Customer Experience Specialist here to assist you with your inquiry. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service and I am here to help in any way I can.

Regarding your concern: I have installed a Default theme and added the Shortcode on default WP editor https://langcurrency.wpengine.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=7877&action=edit it still not showing up in the Frontend. Please refer to this screencast: https://www.loom.com/share/4de320d0a3674c2c9e84031b83d17f13

So the issue seems to be related to the Shortcode itself.

As we have no control over coding for third-party plugins nor themes, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this plugin so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

For more information about our support scope: What don’t we support?

Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.

Thank you @vvalisoy, however I still can’t reproduce it in the test site provided.

I created a page with Elementor and you can see the language switcher in the front-end.
I created a page as in the video with Gutenberg and it works as well.

According to these results the problem is associated to your website, so I recommend you to start disabling plugins one at the time until you can find the culprit or contact your developer.

Alternatively, you can try to replicate your problem in the test site provided.

@vvalisoy for WordPress support guidelines, I can’t access your site. I strongly recommend you to edit your message and remove them.

Regarding your WPML CMS question, you only need it if you are intending go translate your site with it.
