    I’m getting a very unhelpful error message when using the short code:

    “There was an error getting you data. This will not been displayed to the public.“

    I have used: [rma-review-carousel template_type=”full” is_leasing=”false” profile_type=”agent” profile_code=”XXXXX” ] [/rma-review-carousel]

    and then: [rma-review-carousel template_type=”full”? profile_code=”b09x5I”] [/rma-review-carousel]

    In an attempt to limit the possible errors. My client has a paid subscription and has ratings. I’m happy to get you an account on the site to assist in debugging. Please contact me directly.

    Sorry for the issue, I am reaching out on slack.

    This ended up being an issue with the agent code having a lowercase L which looked like an uppercase I.

    I will add a message to the documentation about profile codes being lowercase.

    While on the call, we discovered an issue with plugins that lazy load javascript breaking the carousel and I will look into that in the next few days as lazy loading JavaScript is best practice

    Just to follow up on this Art, we have added some better feedback messages when no content is found and we have added a hint about profile code needing to be lowercase in the setting file.

    Still looking into native Elementor support.
