Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
2. Reload the screen and click on the Save Changes button
3. Check the Console tab for errors which will show in red.
4. Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and send them to me and I can investigate this further.

It looks like you’ve tried to share an image present on your local machine which we don’t have access to.

Could you please share the screenshot by following the steps mentioned here-

Could you also let me know the name of your hosting provider?

because of these problems and especially because of the sitemap from your plugin, I had a sudden drop in the organic results in google, because simply google found all the useless ones (attachments) and these are mainly images without content, so they affect the quality of the website, this is the truth and don’t say anything else. One star from me, if there was even half a star I would give it to you.
