    Bonjour,

I have just updated ultimate member to version 2.6.0. When the setting page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options) is displayed, if you click on menu options like “access” or “email” you don’t have access to the corresponding pages (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options&tab=access, or /wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options&tab=email). The menu options are inactives. But the pages are accessible if you enter their URLs in a new tab of the web browser (google chrome).

    The WP version is 6.2

Thanks in advance for your support

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @hefdut

What happens when you click the “Access” or “Email” links in the settings menu? Do you see a page with an error message, a white screen, or the site just ignores link click?

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict if there is a feature that blocks links. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This article explains how to do a conflict test: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Thanks for your reply.

The problem is that the site ignores link clicks.

For your information, today the updates of 3 plugins have been proposed. I have just updated these 3 plugins (Kadence blocks, Mailpoet and Secure copy content) …… and there is no longer any issue !! We could say that the issue was due to one of these plugins but I don’t know what plugin was “guilty”.

I confirm that the problem is solved.

    Merci beaucoup

Thank you for letting us know. This information is helpful. Features that prevent content copying may block links. So, it was a plugin conflict.
