User Photo PlugIn

I activated this User Photo plugin, but it looks like i need to further edit code to actually get my photo with my replies. I’m using the Twenty Ten theme if that makes a difference. Can anyone point to what files / code needs to change? I read the help from the Plugin site, but it was obviously written for someone that knows a lot more than me. Thanks!
