Hi There, I am using Import functionality, and when trying to run a “Test Import” import it says missing email field in no 5 row.
Upon testing, i found out the column “about_this_listing” there is “comma” and it failed.
How did i confirmed, you may ask?
So what happened was before “about_the_listing” there is “short description” field, and there in “short description” field also, there was “comma”. I removed the “short_description” text which had comma, and then it said “email” field required, in this case “about_the_listing” has comma inside as text before email field.

So, in general, I think it show issue when there is a “comma” in a field value. Can you guys confirm.

    Regards,
    Ugene

Hi Again, I just did more test and it was not really “,” issue, rather it was a “Enter” or “line break” i suppose.
I have made a video about it, if it helps, here is the link: https://screenpal.com/watch/c0fOXfVzt35
