    Hi @kelwin17,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The import speed depends on the amount of data present in the CSV, like attributes, taxonomies, network speed, server performance, etc. An important factor that plays with the import speed is the server performance, and this can vary for each server.

Please make sure that you map only the required columns during import to improve speed. Also, please try increasing the import batch count value in the plugin settings and see if the speed has increased. By default, the import batch count value will be 10, please increase this value to 15 or 20 and try. I hope this is clear.

If there are image URLs in your file then the importer will have to download the images and then upload them on the site and this will take a considerable amount of time. If you have image URLs then please try unmapping it and check if that improves the speed.

We are unable to complete your request.Try reducing the import batch count to 5 or less and increasing the Maximum execution time in the General settings.

If not resolved, contact the support team with the WooCommerce fatal error log, if any.

    Hi @kelwin17,

This error message is usually displayed when the server times out or when any internal error occurs on the site during import. Could you please try reducing the import batch count value to 5 or less and increasing the execution timeout value and check if that resolves the issue?

If the issue is not resolved then please share the fatal error log and system status.
