    Hi, The following plugin function no longer works in the BuddyBoss 2.0 version. The option does not appear in the user’s profile! Anyone else with this problem?

    “Display a button on user profiles to allow users to send a verification request. The requests will then be displayed for admins in the “Verification Requests” view in the users table.”

    We investigated but we can’t reproduce this issue.

    Could you please deactivate temporarily all plugin but Verified Member and BuddyBoss? Then, could you confirm to us that you’re still facing this issue?

    Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.     Hello, thanks for answering.

    I have deactivated ALL plugins and left only BuddyBoss Platform and BudyPress Verified Member.
    I’ve also removed all custom CSS changes. However I can’t solve the problem, I’m entering incognito mode with chrome, therefore there should be no cache affecting the site.
    Interested in a test site so you can see for yourself?

    In that case, this issue might be related to the theme. Can you please tell us which theme are you using?

    Hello. It didn’t work out solved the problem with the display of the confirmation request button in the profile settings? The button is not displayed in the user’s personal account.

    PS. Can you send a screenshot of where this button should be displayed in my account? Maybe it is invisible and you can return it through styles. I am using the latest Buddyboss.
