Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Rank Math is adding product schemas to your taxonomy pages resulting in an invalid snippet. Adding these schemas to these types of pages is not recommended so you need to remove it.

Fortunately, we have that option. To remove all product schemas from that page, please head over to your <strong>WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product</strong> and enable the option “Remove Snippet Data”.

No, that last option shown on the screenshot should be enabled to remove the snippet data from those pages.

Also, since you are referring to the shop archive, it can also be fixed by disabling the option: “Remove Schema Markup on Shop Archives” in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce.

Please make sure that the page is set as the default shop page in the WooCommerce settings under WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

After that, our plugin should be able to detect the same and remove the incomplete Product Schema markup.

Can you please confirm if you have enabled the Remove Schema Markup on Shop Archives option in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce?

If the issue persists, please add the following filter to your site to remove the Product Schema from the Shop page:

I’m also having OP issue and I dont see “Remove Snippet Data” on Product section, only “Schema Type” where I can toggle to none and Woocommerce Product. Should i toggle to none?

The Remove Snippet Data option is only available to your product taxonomy/archive pages (categories, attributes, etc.).

Please note that Google recommends disabling the schema to your product archive like shop and category pages. The Product Schema is only for the actual product, and not for anything else. You can check this link for more information:

Also, if you’re not seeing the Remove Schema Markup on Shop Archives option, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. You can follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
