Preview is blank

  • In the Customize tab, the options appear on the sidebar with the menus, but the preview is displayed without the website content. Hence I am unable to change any settings on the homepage.

    My website used the theme Eleganto PROVersion: 1.6.0 By Themes4WP.

    The plugin is Kirki Customizer Framework Version 4.1.1
