Awful plugin, awful support

Payment has been down since updating WooCommerce to 7.6.0, almost two weeks ago. I understand keeping a plugin up to date is complicated, so if the team needed 2-3 days to fix this I would be OK with the situation.
Or if they took some time to actually talk to the client and tell them they’re aware of the problem and working on it, giving more info on the problem, maybe offering an alternative.
But in these forums and by direct e-mail, they remain silent. They don’t give two damns if clients are losing money with their terrible plugin.
