Unable to install or update plugins

  • Hello – I am unable to install or update my logins. Im not sure at what point this started happening but maybe about 2 weeks ago I reckon. I just tried now and system goes to maintenance mode and says update failed prior. Help with this is greatly apprecaited.

    • which theme are you using?
    • which plugin(s) are you using?
    • what is the exact error you are noticing?
    • are you finding a .maintenance file is present or do you have a maintenance mode (coming soon) plugin activated?

    Try manually uploading the plugin using Cpanel. Which I do.
