FATAL ERROR – website in down help pls

    I have this problem when I try to go on website, can you help me pls?

    I already try to delete and re-install the plugin but i don’t fix it.

    Hello,

    What are your PHP, WordPress, and CleanTalk plugin versions? Did the plugin work before? What was changed? Are you able to open plugin settings? You can always disable the plugin by deleting its folder by FTP (/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect).

    WordPress 6.2

    Tema: OceanWp

    CleanTalk 6.9.1

    Ho provato a disabilitare e cancellare il plug in ma il problema persiste.

    The plugin can’t start if its folder was deleted. Did you delete /wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect?

    Could you tell us more details about the issue? ?Did the plugin work before? What was changed?

    La cartella non è stata eliminata, il plug in dalla dashboard sembra funzionare, il problema è che se apro il sito web mi continua a dare l’errore.

    Non riesco a risolvere…

    Please, do the following:
    1. Log in to your Hosting Account.
    2. Locate the folder of your website.
    3. Delete the plugin folder “cleantalk-spam-protect” here:
    ? /wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect

    Then install the CleanTalk plugin again:
