Unable to Delete or Save

    Hi. When i delete an automation, it spins and doesn’t delete.

    When i save an automation, i get this error:
    JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello @jhrocking

    Please do some debugging. Open the DevTools console in the browser and go to the Network tab. Then go to the ShopMagic panel and click on Save or Delete and see what appears in the error message.

    I’m hitting this same issue. In the debug console I see 403 forbidden for this endpoint – /wp-json/shopmagic/v1/automations/69

    Why are you using a REST request instead of simple PHP/MySQL to delete a database entry on the same server?
