Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “WPML_TM_FOLDER”

  • Hello,

    I have a woocommerce website, with WPML installed. WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is installed too, and when I go to the settings of this plugin (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-wcml&tab=status), in the status tab, I have an error :

    • Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “WPML_TM_FOLDER” in /home…

    So I cannot see the status of the plugin…

    Everything is up to date (plugins and WordPress).

    I don’t know why I can’t see the settings of this page with this fatal error. Has anyone ever had this problem ?

    Hello @bowen25,

    So far we don’t have similar reports with the latest versions of WPML and WCML. However, I recommend you to uninstall your WPML package and download a fresh copy.

    On the other hand, we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML related question and there is a no commercial support policy allowed here on WordPress forums.
