I am working on a site developed by another person and trying to determine how to remove the form at the bottom of the profiles. The form in this example is set with custom role-specific settings. The shortcode is placed into a Users page along with other forms for other roles. The content of the page from the db looks like this :

    <p>[ultimatemember form_id="4275"][ultimatemember form_id="4289"][ultimatemember form_id="9951"][ultimatemember form_id="5010"]</p>

This example is ID 9951. The site uses the Elementor theme. When I Edit the page in Elementor, I can see “You are already registered” in the page, which is shown on the link provider in place of the form if you are logged into the site.

I have not been able to determine how to remove the form, can someone here suggest what I may need to look for?

  • Hi!
Not sure I understand the issue.

If form # 9951 shows unnecaary data, can’t you simply remove [utimatemember form_id=”9951″] from the shortcode ?

By the way, I can’t see any reason why to put a shortcode beetween <p> labels.

    [ultimatemember form_id=”4275″][ultimatemember form_id=”4289″][ultimatemember form_id=”5010″]

Sorry if I did not understand you well.
