MailPoet sends another sign-up confirmation email after a membership cancellatio

    I am using MailPoet with PaidMembershipsPro. MailPoet sends a sign-up confirmation email regardless of whether the member has confirmed the first confirmation email during the sign-up process. How do I fix this?

    Hi @hanalin,

    As I understand, you’re referring to the fact that newly registered WordPress Users will receive the email to confirm their WordPress account while also getting the confirmation email to confirm their subscription to the mailing list. Is that correct?

    Unfortunately, there’s no way to delay the confirmation email sent from MailPoet if the user registers as a WordPress User. You can disable this feature, but then it means you’d have to manually send the confirmation email to these users later.
