Issue with translation of configurable product

    Hi Marc!

    I am not able to find any documentation about how the configurator translation works.

    At the moment, we use WPML and when we transfer to English, it’s like creating a new product and it doesn’t reuse the same product so we can’t use the English option of each content like what is written with the british flag.

    Do you have any documentation to help us?

    Hi there,

    With WPML, the translation needs to be done on the product in the main language.

    The data will then be synched by WPML.

    I.e. do not edit the configuration from a translation, but only from the main product.

    If it’s not working properly, maybe the default WPML configuration was edited on the website?
