    Hello,
    I need help with something please, so I was using the plugin and I tried to change around 200 lines from airtable to my wordpress entries with images and I guess I didn’t let it load correctly and now the plugin is not working, I tried cleaning the cache, uninstalling deleting everything and trying again, I tried with a smaller table, with a different table and not, the plugin doesn’t start correctly, I even contacted my hosting and they recommended me to talk to you

    So I am using:
    WordPress 6.2
    Tried with Google chrome and MS edge
    No other plugins installed
    No Basic Auth and getmypid available
    This is what appears in the logs:

    Usually with the plugin it takes time to sync and it is like “Loading…” “67%…” “Finished” now it goes “loading…” and in seconds says “Finished” obviously without syncing anything…
    So what should I do?

    I haven’t got a reply in 4 days, I don’t know how to fix the fact that in the logs you can see that it is not launching correctly ??

    Can you confirm that minimal requirements are met?

    Could you please send screenshots of :
    -the mapping configuration you made
    -the full admin configuration

    If needed, you can access to logs from a FTP server in this folder: /wp-content/uploads/airwpsync-logs.

    You can send them to us as well.

    It will help us better understand where the problem comes from.

    Hello,

    yes I chekced with my hosting provider and they said everything is okay

    I’m using Versión de PHP7.4.33 (Admite valores de 64 bits) and WordPress 6.2

    I just put the simplest thing hoping it would make it work and nope.

    Thank you for providing the additional information. In order to troubleshoot the issue further, could you please enable WordPress logs by adding the following lines to their wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    Enabling these debug settings will log any errors or warnings encountered by WordPress. Once the logs are enabled, please reproduce the issue and check the generated logs for any relevant information.

    Additionally, please navigate to the following URL: wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler. This page displays the current scheduled tasks in WordPress. It might provide some insights into any ongoing tasks related to the issue.

    Please follow these steps and share any new findings or error messages you come across.
